When orgainzing my shelves today I decided I needed some magazine holders. I made a quick run to the dollar store but I could only find Dora. So I covered it with some scrap book paper I had lying around. Now they look all pretty and grown up.

Before: I have spots like this around my house. They drive me crazy. I tend to start a project and never finish it.

After: Now I love my shelves. I just have to keep it this way.

Family day.

We took the cupcakes to see Alvin and the Chipmunks movie today. It was L's first time at a theater. The poor boy, you'd think there were ants in his pants. He wiggled and squirmed so much but he didn't get out of his seat. I was so proud of him. K loved it as well. Over all it was a pretty fantastic family outing for us.

I think I offered L everything under the sun for lunch. What does he want spiderman noodles. I explained to him that Mommy does know how to cook but he insisted. After I heated up his noodles he then decides that he would rather Kraft Dinner. Ugh

I've been loving my husband lately. Although it's an old picture it has to be one of my favorites of us. We've had a rough start to the year. But I think it has made me love my husband even more if thats possible.

I have had a crazy week and haven't taken alot of pics or had time to post any. I was kinda feeling guilty about it, but I made the decsion that this is supposed to be fun. No more feelings of guilt. Today is a new day and therefore a new post.

We got his room painted and this will be the first night he's slept in there. He just looks so adorable sleeping. I still have to finish up the room but the painting is all done. He loves his new blue room.

Of course after we built him a new bed, guess where he feel asleep. He curled up on the couch with his kitty and fell fast asleep.

Every now and then I feel the need for a project. It helps focus me and take my mind off things. This weekend I decided to redo L's bedroom. I couldn't just paint his room. No I decided to build him a new bed ( with some help). I also got paint and other stuff for his room but we only got his bed done this weekend. I'll post the finish project when I get it all finished.

I've decided today that I need to purchase Rock band. Watching L play this with my best friends sons was hilarious. He needed a little help from Aunty Mary but he had a blast.

So you'd think that since the snow came so late this year that I may have been ready for it. But no I never got around to taking the cushions of my patio chairs. One day I swear I'll be organized.

The best way to spend New Years Day that I've found. Is to spend it with the cupcakes sledding. They had so much fun on the hill. We all we're a little frozen by the time we came home.

New years eve found us at some of our good friends home. L found the best way to ride home from a party. Being pulled in a sled by his Daddy.
